Do you have difficulty calculating your mom-to-be's exact dilation size? Here is a nifty little tool to help you quickly and accurately measure momma's dilation without finding a measuring tape! With various designs and colors, these beads are cute and super helpful!

How to use:

-Measure cervical dilation with your fingers using a clean, gloved hand. place one finger at the bottom of the opening and one at the top.

-Keeping your fingers in the exact placement you had from measuring, move your hand to your beads. Hover your fingers over the beads starting from top to bottom, and count the number of beads under and between your fingers

-each bead you count is equal to 1cm

-These beads are silicone and can be wiped down with wipes if needed
